I serve as member of the board of The Poul Due Jensen Foundation
The Poul Due Jensen Foundation is a Danish commercial foundation founded in 1975. The main purpose is to ensure the continuing development of the Grundfos Group – the company established by the founder, Poul Due Jensen. This is done by developing and expanding the Grundfos Group on a sound financial basis and by ensuring that it is maintained as an independent company.
The foundation holds 87,8 % of the shares in Grundfos Group and exercises its responsible ownership by means of continuous supervision and implementation of the business principles and values acknowledged by the founder – which therefore today are an integral part of the strategies and policies of the Grundfos Group.
