I have had an active board career for more than 15 years. I have had this in parallel with my executive career, but in late 2012 I decided to put my full focus on my non-executive career. Today my positions include chairman of Grundfos Group and Adapteo.
Both as chairman and boardmember I focus on the company’s long term value creation, ability to understand customers and to adapt to the often rapid changes in market conditions. This is done in close dialogue and partnership with executive management and the board members.
I am very passionate about creating high value adding boards, and in the menu to the right, you’ll find more information about the companies and organisations in which, I gladly and proudly serve on the board.
