Next to my work in boards, which takes up most of my time, I do some consultancy and advisory. When that happens it is because I find the challenges, people or companies
very interesting to work with.
For example I have advised and acted as a mentor to several top executives, when they have found themselves somewhere in their career where they’ve been ready to take the next step and in need of advice and sparring.
Often my advisory work inspires and gives me new perspectives on the strategic challenges that I am occupied with. And obviously I only advice leaders and companies where there are no conflicting interests to the companies, where I work on the board.
